Husker Bar II has been a fixture on Washington Street since 1979 — a place where neighbors become regulars, and regulars become friends. We started as a simple coffee counter and grew into something the whole community claims as their own: a dual-purpose space that honors both the morning ritual and the evening unwind.
Our coffee is sourced from roasters who treat every batch like a craft. Our cocktails are built from scratch — fresh-squeezed juices, house-made syrups, and spirits selected for character over convenience. Whether you're here for a quiet hour with a book or a loud table of old friends, the door is open and the seat is waiting.
